Connect your shop
Authorise your Etsy shop and paste your Printlabs API key. Both take a minute, and you can disconnect either at any time.
Map your products
Link each listing variant to the Printlabs product that makes it, and attach the artwork for each print position. Done once per product.
Let orders run
Paid orders arrive on their own. Check the print files, send to production, and the tracking number goes back to Etsy when it ships.
What the app takes off your hands
Orders import themselves
Paid, unshipped orders are pulled in with the buyer's address, the variant they chose and the product photo. Orders finished on Etsy close themselves again.
Print positions from the catalog
Positions and sizes come from the Printlabs catalog, so artwork is placed against what the product actually has rather than typed from memory.
Tracking posts back automatically
When Printlabs ships, the tracking number is written to the Etsy order and the buyer is notified. Every report is recorded, so nobody is emailed twice.
Nothing is produced twice
An order already sent, or entered into Printlabs by hand, cannot be sent again. The guard runs before production is contacted, not after.
An activity log you can audit
Every import, submission, status check and tracking push is recorded with its result, so “did it run, and did anything fail?” has an answer.
Your data stays yours
Each shop's data is isolated at database level. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and deleting your account deletes the orders, addresses and files with it.

Who is this for?
Etsy sellers whose products are produced by Printlabs GmbH. Each seller connects their own shop and their own Printlabs account.
What does it change on my Etsy shop?
One thing only: when an order ships, the tracking number is reported so Etsy marks it shipped and notifies the buyer. Listings are never created or edited.
What if an order was already made by hand?
Mark it as ordered manually and it can no longer be sent. That exists because sending twice means a second item produced and charged for.
How long does setup take?
Connecting takes a few minutes. Mapping products takes longer the first time - roughly an hour for a shop with a handful of listings - and then it is done.
Can I stop using it?
Disconnect Etsy or Printlabs at any time from the setup page, or delete your account, which removes your orders, buyer addresses and uploaded files.
Is this made by Etsy?
No. It is built and operated by Printlabs GmbH and uses the Etsy API. It is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
